Hi guys. Elaine and I are going to come along tomorrow to meet some of the other Italy trip people. The route looks nice, however, the bit through woburn woods may need a detour. We used to mountain bike a lot through there and the route goes down Sandy Lane which is most definitely not for road bikes. There are two alternatives, one longer and one shorter which aren’t hard to find.
Looks like a great route, plenty of climbing!
